Note: 9-9-08 - I just today had a meeting with Scott at his office ....I actually enjoyed at least "parts" of it - :) ....at the end.......
we agreed to disagree!
But Scott was very gracious in giving me a copy of our CC&R's..........which I will post here in the next few days...
And I am hopeful that Scott and our Board of Directors will realize the "value" in all River Landing Home Owners actively engaging in our FREE Website and Message Board, 24/7 365 days a year! Bringing our "Community" together in a way never done before!

Our HOA Meeting of Oct 22, 2009? Whoops! I APOLOGIZE! I was at the meeting and was recording the "Audio" when I ran Out Of Recording Space on my Camera's 30 Gig Hard Drive! I did not realize I had just way too many videos of the "Line Dancers" at the Henderson Senior Center!
I promise to have plenty of recording space on my camera for our Meeting of 12-3-09!

Note from 'Sam' - 'Nick' stated how slow our pool computer is? We currently using DSL - which is very slow....can we see about using Cable for our "Internet"?
We should be able to get access to cable box on Anchor Ct?
The Stuff directly above? I just uploaded what I had on my computer.........some are duplicates......but maybe one or two are new?

WOW! Check It Out!..Scott already getting a big raise this fall? From $2500 a month to $2600 a Month? Hmmmmmm? Just when was 'this' approved?
