ALL Garbage should be bagged! And placed within your Garbage Container!
With the Garbage Container Lid "Firmly" Closed!
So that debris DOES NOT just blow around our Neighborhood!
And to keep Dogs and Cats from digging into your garbage!
(Please? Always use a Garbage Container! NO LOOSE WHITE KITCHEN BAGS
just piled up on the Side Walk/Curb! ~ which is in Violation of City Ordinances)
Garbage Containers are to remain "Out Of Sight" except on Monday Mornings & Thursday Mornings
(or Late Sunday Night or Wednesday Night - when they are placed neatly by the curb)!
They should remain either in your Garage or in back yard - "Out Of Sight"! ALWAYS!
And Your GARAGE DOOR should always remain CLOSED except when it is needed to be open!
You should never store "debris" of any kind near your house that is visible from the Street! At any time!
Also.........those of you with gravel/desert landscape?
You will also want to take care to keep ALL Weeds removed!
Using your hands or RoundUp or a Landscape Service.
